1. Information we collect
This website is an informational resource. We do not collect personal information through the site itself, and no records are submitted through it. If you contact us by telephone, QR code, or in person, the information you share is used to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask for one, to arrange a review.
2. How information is used
Any personal information you provide when contacting us is used only to respond to your enquiry, coordinate a review or an appointment, and provide the service you request. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing.
3. Records sent for a review
Medical records you send for a review are treated as confidential. They are read only by the people carrying out the review, used only for the purpose you agreed to, and handled in line with the consent you give when the review is arranged. If a specific point is to be put to a colleague for an opinion, you are told before that happens. Ask, before you send anything, who will read the file and how it is stored while the review is open.
4. Medical information
Information shared with our care team is treated as confidential. Records made during an examination are kept as part of your clinical file. A review of records is not an examination: online messages and correspondence about a review are for guidance and coordination and do not create a doctor–patient relationship.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
